Return-Replacement-Refund Policy

1. Customers can return-replace their order within 7 days of the order delivery.

2. We do not have a RETURN policy. You can EXCHANGE/REPLACE the product in case of defect or wrong product received.

3. All returns (for exchange) must be in unused condition with all the original tags and packaging intact, as received.

4. To schedule a return-replace action, send us an email to exoconnectglobal@gmail.com with following details:

Replacement Reason (Detailed):_____

(The Reverse Pick up facility is available at limited pin-codes only which shall be informed to you, once the return-replace email is received by us)

5. If you choose to self-ship your product(s), you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped product(s), we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
